Basic terms and concepts
The following terms apply in this privacy policy:
“Site” – web resource ecoinecho.com
“Site Administration” – employees who manage the site and have the right to process users’ personal data.

3.1 The current privacy policy regulates the obligations of the site administration regarding non-disclosure and protection of personal data that users leave during registration or other actions on the site.

Obligations of the parties
6.1 The User of the website is obliged to:

- Provide up-to-date information in case of changes in personal data.
6.2 The site administration is obliged to:
- Use personal information only in the cases specified in paragraph 4 of this privacy policy.
- Keep personal data confidential and prevent disclosure without the consent of the site user, except for situations reflected in paragraphs 5.2 and 5.3 of this privacy policy.
- Take all measures aimed at protecting the user’s personal data.
- Delete and block personal data of the user upon his request.
Responsibilities of the parties
7.1 The site administration is responsible for the transfer of personal information to third parties.
7.2 The site administration is not responsible for the loss or disclosure of information in the following cases:
- if personal information has previously become publicly known;
- if it was received from third parties prior to receipt by the site administration;
- if it was disclosed with the consent of the site user.
Additional terms
8.1 The site administration has the right to make changes to this privacy policy.
8.2 The updated privacy policy comes into effect from the moment of publication on the website.
