Terms and definitions. Subject of the agreement
Identification is a set of procedures for establishing data about a subscriber (user);
Subscriber (User) – a person who has shown interest in an Internet resource and has used the resource’s services via the Internet;
Information – various graphic, text, video and audio information posted on an Internet resource;
Resource administration is the owner of the electronic reference resource, guaranteeing its uninterrupted operation and access to it.
The current User Agreement regulates the relationship between the Administration and Users of the information resource, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties.
General Provisions
Any Internet user has the right to interact with the information resource and become familiar with the information presented on it.
The User Agreement (in particular, any part thereof) may be subject to change by the resource administration at any time without directly informing the user. The latest configuration of the User Agreement comes into effect from the moment of its publication on the information resource.
A user who does not agree with the latest version of the user agreement or any part thereof must stop interacting with the information resource.
Intellectual property
All information published on the information resource, including graphic, text, video, photo and audio content are protected and guarded in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On Copyright and Related Rights”. This provision does not apply to additional information materials with an obvious indication of the original source of data.
All Internet subscribers have the right to use materials downloaded from the information resource only for non-commercial (personal, informational, educational, research) purposes, at the same time, when citing, the original source of the data should be reflected.
To resolve issues regarding copying and citing information published on the Internet resource, the user has the right to leave a request by e-mail: info@ecoinecho.com.
If cases of copyright infringement are detected, the administration of the information resource has the right to prosecute violators within the framework of civil, administrative and criminal proceedings.
Rights and obligations of the parties
The user has the right:
- interact with the information resource within the framework of the user agreement;
- terminate the user agreement unilaterally at any time;
- use the information presented on the information resource for personal use.
The user is obliged to:
- do not use the information resource to send numerous marketing and other types of messages (spam);
- not to harm the functioning of the information resource, including not to use specialized software that impacts the information resource with the intent to undermine its stable operation;
- not to publish on the information resource materials (text, graphics, video, photos) that contradict the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
The administration of the information resource has the right to:
- terminate the provision of services without prior notice to the user;
- make changes to the current user agreement;
- terminate the user agreement with the user unilaterally.
The administration of the information resource is obliged to:
- provide services within the framework of the current user agreement;
- take effective measures to protect the user’s personal data.
